All buildings will be homogeneous in appearance, with metallic structure and plugged blocks, or bricks, and plastered. The roofs shall consist
of 8 cm. thick sandwich panel. Decorative suspended ceiling shall be installed masking the air conditioning and ventilation ducts. Floor will
be based on appropriate loose stone foundation. Partition walls will be made with perforated bricks and covered with cement plastering, or
with pre-painted sandwich panels. All buildings will be equipped with sanitary fittings in accordance with to law and regulations.Drainage
and sewage will be effected through connection between the sewerage system and a fit purification plant located at the exterior of the
settlement properly concealed by landscape and plantation. The Emergency power plant shall switch on automatically in case of city power
failure. It shall switch off when city power is reinstated. All building will be raised by 30 to 50cm as regards to the country level, they shall
be bordered by a relevant paved sidewalk 120 cm wide. The inside height of the living units will be 270cm net.
